Returns and Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details, including size and color, before completing your purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances
While returns and exchanges are not generally available, we understand that unique situations may arise. In such cases, we aim to provide solutions on a case-by-case basis depending on the brand you purchased to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep in mind if your return is approved by the brand you will need to pay for shipping both ways: the price it originally cost for us to ship the product to you and the price it will cost to return the goods to Ukraine. Please note that shipping to and from Ukraine involves significant logistical challenges and expenses, which limits our ability to accommodate most returns.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees both ways associated with exceptional returns.

Condition of Items
In the rare event that a return is approved, items must be returned in their original condition:

Unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
Free from stains, odors, and any signs of wear or damage.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

Processing Time
Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider and keep us informed of the tracking number for all return shipments.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your convenience and to ensure safe returns in exceptional cases. Please retain proof of shipping until your return is processed and share the number with our team.
