GLASS HOUSE LONG DRESS MY SLEEPING GYPSY

The long ‘Glass House’ dress is made with high-quality linen in powder pink colour. The dress is decorated with contrasting embroidery and applique. It has voluminous elbow length sleeves, the hem and the pockets of the dress are richly decorated with patterns in handmade Richelieu technique and hand-embroidered with contrasting stitches. The sleeves of the dress are decorated with the traditional Ukrainian handmade complex pleating technique «zbiranka». The neck and the pockets of the dress are decorated with galvanized silver beads and hand-stitches. The dress has a button fastening, patch pockets and a belt. The pattern of the dress inspired by the painting «Tiger Tiger Burning Bright» by artist Beth Rodway.
